Shipping Policy

Noah’s Ark delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post, and our Courier Partners. The method used will depend on the delivery address. 

Noah’s Ark offers FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100 excluding XL Beanie Boos or Express Delivery. 

For orders under $100 we offer Standard Shipping for $10 and Express starts at $14.00.

XL Beanie Boo Freight - $25.00


Orders are dispatched within 3 business day and delivery estimated between 1-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.

Noah’s Ark ships goods Australia wide. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us at orders@noahsark.toys to enquire about a special order.



Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the products have not been used and still in original packaging, we will happily sort things out for you.

Please note you will be responsible for return freight and any freight paid by us to fulfill your order will be deducted from the refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@noahsark.toys If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We are all human and sometimes products do get damaged. So please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For Articles of clothing, including footwear, returns for any reason other than defect will not be considered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance or discontinued items or gift cards.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product due to fabric, enhancement or change. We reserve the right to change product images and specifications at any time without notice. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site and we do not refunded for these reasons. 

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
